Hi!Yesterday I went with a friend to Teatre Jardí to see an ópera called Don Giovanni written by W.A.Mozart.
It talks about a womanizer, a man who likes a lot women. It doesn't matter the age and the figure of these women and he has got a lot of girls around Europe. Also he kills the father of one of the woman (Donna Anna) that he tryed to persuade but he couldn't. The future husband of this woman swears revenge. Althought nobody can kills him but at the end, the spirit of the father of Donna Anna, gives to him the last chance to change the way of life but he doesn't want.
At the end, not wanting to change their way of life, the spirit gives the hand to Don Giovanni, and takes him to hell. Others feel accomplished revenge (vendetta).
The final theme of the opera is: "the death of a man is the reflection of the conduct that he has taken during his life". I recommend this ópera because operas written by Mozart are a mixture of tragedy and comicality, love and death, nobles and peasants...
A courious thing is that A retired teacher from my music school sat next to us and made me very happy because I've been a lot of time without see him.
